Cancellation Policy: We will cancel a reservation without penalty if the customer has notified us within 24 hours of their reservation or for any unforeseen travel problems such as cancelled flights due to poor weather or a missed connecting flight. The Customer will also have an option to reschedule their airport transportation at no additional cost, after they have received their new travel itinerary.
